Virgin Holidays and My disney experience

Hi everyone,

We have booked our holiday to WDW with Virgin Holidays. I'm having trouble linking it to MyDisneyExperience. I have phoned Disney and they cannot find my details yet, they said it may take a week? I did my reservation over 48 hours ago. I contacted Virgin Holidays and they said I should be able to use the reference number on MDE
Have any of you had this problem before?

When is the booking for? 2017 won't link yet as they haven't got the dates in the US system.

It can take up to a week to get into the system.

We booked with virgin last September for our holiday this September. It did take a couple of weeks for the booking to appear on the MDE app. We had it linked it just wasn't showing. We were checking every day and then one day, there it was! I'm sure it'll appear soon, just give it a little time.

We had exactly the same problem. Disney don't load the holidays onto their system until ??? days out and as mine was over 500 we had to wait a while.
I had numerous phone calls and live chat with virgin but they all gave different answers .
It will be your reference number you use to log in. I remember trying to log on in the morning and it didn't work but then tried again in the evening and it worked . I nearly shot through the ceiling when it logged on successfully
