Virgin Holiday REP Called

Wow i have never had that happen before, she asked me about any excursions i might be intrested in and how they could help us before and while we are in florida. Shes e-mailing me current info.

Is this a new thing they do? as the lat 2 virgin trips i heard nothing from a rep until we got on the bus.

We had a call before our Christmas trip 06 and one before our Aug trip in 07.

yep, had a call last October before my trip, and the more she talked the more i was telling her things to the point she said i guess you don't need any help at all

Didn't hear from a rep the whole time we were there in July

Never had a call from the rep before but maybe they have "wised-up" to the fact that having a welcome meeting on everyone's first day isn't thebest idea that they have ever had! We're normally a couple of hours into MK by the time of the meeting To be honest if you have a car then I don't see the point of some of the excursions & you may find that you can get it cheaper shopping around.

if I get a call, I'm going to ask for the free Citywalk meal coupon to be left somewhere for us as we don't want to go to their meeting but something free is alway's nice

are the days of them telling you that the suncream which you bought in eroupe isant as good as the stuff they can flog to you,due to the intensity of the sun over there?And they wonder why no one attends there meatings

I don't attend the meetings as having them at 9.30 am isn't practical when you have 2 children who just want to get to the parks, lol.

I have e-mailed to book the departure day breakfast and shopping trip. Everything else i can get cheaper else where or already have.

I remember I freaked when my Dad told me a VH Rep had called asking to speak to me, I was convinced something had gone wrong with the holiday!

We didn't attend the Welcome Meeting - it's nothing that you can't learn here!
