Virgin flights & Magical Express

Hi everyone,

We are thinking of going to WDW with Virgin Holidays. We want to stay onsite and don't want to drive. I'm hopeless at working out what it all means in the brochure and can't make out if we would get from MCO to our Disney hotel by Magical Express or if Virgin would charge us a transportation fee? Does anyone know??

Hi, virgin do their own transport which is mears either coach or minibus depending on how many, but if your staying onsite you can book ME through the disney website, both are free, if you get a good guide book, either brits guide, or unofficial guide, they have alot of info that will help, we always stay on site where are you staying?

not sure wether it would be classed as disney magical express but i have been pricing it up as a non driver and you would get free transfers hope this helps

If you are staying at a WDW hotel, then use the ME, not the Virgin coaches. ME has plenty buses on and each one only does a few Disney hotels. It has been reported that Virgin transfers will be allocated to their flights coming in as needed and you may end up spending over an hour on the bus, often a lot more, depending where in the pecking order your hotel falls. Rather book ME and make sure you tell them when you take your package. Sometimes TAs forget to ask you. Then when you get your confirmation from them, check that ME is reflected on there.
