Virgin E-Tickets

Hi

We booked two seperate sets of flights for 3 people (both bookings) through the Virgin website and havent received our e-tickets yet. We have gotten both confirmation emails but no E-ticket - our friends are now starting to panic a little

Any advice on how long this usually takes?
 
Thanks, I am thinking that I should give them a call because the flights were booked over 2 weeks ago !!!
 
Last year ours took a couple off weeks to come through, but i would call and confirm just to be safe

What info is there in the email, is there a booking ref for example.
If so that's all you need.
 
I booked ours on sunday.2 bookings for 7 of us and recieved them the next day.They even reserve your seats now which I managed to change straight away. I would give them a call and ask them to resend them.Hope you get it sorted.When r u going?
 
I booked my tickets on 18th and got the e ticket about a minute after the confirmation email.
 
We received a confirmation email which also 'acted' as our e-ticket. It had all the info regarding our names, flight details etc and a booking ref no.

We printed this email off and took it to check in with us on the day of our flight.

we fly on the 12th april
 
I'd ring 'em. When we booked ours recently, I was talking a day or after to someone at Virgin and was told that normally the e-ticket is issued by the ticketing dept (makes sense I guess) as soon as the payment is cleared.

Have you tried logging on to the VA website and "managing" your flights?
 
By the time I had gone from the VA site to my email ours had arrived

I phoned Virgin and the very nice lady is sending them out by recorded delivery. Sets my mind at rest at last. They checked the email address and all was fine but seemed to be some issues, so snail mail it will have to be......
 
Excellent news - e tickets mysteriously arrived by email today after being told they would be snail mailled - ah well at least we have them now
