Virgin Disney Tickets

Help please,

I've booked a weeks stay in POR via a local travel agent traveling with virgin. I chose to stay on site because of the convenience and the promise at the time of booking that Disney passes for the week would be included in the price.

The problem is that I've just received the tickets and the voucher for the POR part of the holiday states room only, when I queried the agent about this I was told I'll pick the passes up when I get to the resort but the agent didn't seem to confidence (or I might be just panicking over nothing).

I've just been on the virgin web site and you can purchase 7 day hopper pass when you book a Disney resort which seems strange when a pass is included in your package !

Can someone please calm my nerves

We've stayed at POR/FQ 5 times with Virgin and each time upon check-in they've given us our key (it's like a credit card) which is our room key, ultimate hopper pass for the parks (this is included in your Virgin holiday automatically) and also you can charge things brought/meals on site at the parks/Disney hotels/DTD back to your room with it. These room keys/tickets are special to Disney, i.e. if you stay on site. POR is beautiful, you'll have a great time!

Totally agree with Clare about the passes as that is wat happened with ours last year when we were at WL.
