Hi Peeps,

Just been checking the passenger information on the virgin website about there baggage rules. It says that the maximum bag size (wxdxh) should be no more than 158cm. After measuring our rather large suitcases that dimensions appear to be around the 169cm mark  .

Do you think we'll have a problem with this :confused3

I have no idea but I wouldn't want to be worrying about it at the very start of my holiday! I'm sure they'll not get their measuring tape out but I would just go with a slightly smaller one to avoid the possibility of having to repack!

Enjoy your holiday.

The cases I use are over the dimensions and I have used them for Virgin, BA and Easyjet and no one has ever even mentioned the size.

As long as you are within weight I don't think you will have a problem :)

Thanks doodle doo, Although it would make sense to just buy new cases that are within the dimensions the way the money is at the moment and the $ falling I need to save all the money I can :)
