really really annoyed, finally I have spoken to someone at Virgin Flying Club as customer service didn't answer either of my emails .... although I booked the holiday on May 3rd last year, the tickets weren't issued until 19th december ... and they won't budge, so we're on one bag each![]()
Yay yay yay ... happy ending, email this morning from Virgin Customer Services stating we can have the 2 bags allowance ... cutting it fine, we fly Monday but all smiles here
