Hi guys

I have just been on to the VA website to check my seat requests (made before Christmas) and I can only seem to access the outbound - which they are quoting as Orlando to Gatwick.

This doesn't seem right as there is no option for Gatwick to Orlando, which there was when i requested seats (I also would assume outbound to mean Gatwick to Orlando?!?!?!)

I am concerned now that they may not have our requests for our flight out to Florida

Has anyone else experienced this or can you offer some advice?

Thanks:confused3

Are you on the VS027? If so the flight times changed and maybe the new seatmap has not loaded for your booking, best bet is to give them a call in the morning. If you are on the VS015 I am not sure so best to call.

Lol I respond to any spelling!

We are having the exact same issue, and it's been that way for a while. Only thing is, the seating plans were available a while back and we booked our seats, but now it's not showing up! We did have the same seats out as back! We always book the back cos my mum has a blood disorder and needs space to walk around, and doesn't like to disturb people. Let us know how you get on with that!

Twilight,
You need to contact Flying Club.

As has been said before, the change in time of the flights has took the "bookibg" off your schedule. thats not to say your booking has gone, but your seat preferance might have.

Contact FC and they will be able to put it back into the system and you can then check that your seats are still the ones you want.

I don't know whyt Virgin do it this way, but its the way to make you contact them, so they can tell you and confirm they have told you that the flight times has changed.

Thanks for the info! I called FC, then had to call VH, but I got there eventually. The flights have now been added back onto our Manage Flights section, AND, thank goodness!, our original seats are still selected!! :yay: :yay:

Indeed it is Claire. I was worried that our seats would disappear, but they are all there. Everything is back on track. Hopefully you can sort your issues out as quickly and as hassle-free as I managed Dossie!

I know! I've had recent Internet issues and have had enough of Indian call centres, so I've been putting it off as long as possible! But thankfully, a couple of clicks of the mouse at VH's end and bingo, everything's back the way it should be!

Yes, definitely ditto to that! everyone!

I had the same happen to me i phoned up and they sorted it out for me, went back online and it was all there. I think someone did say on here it was something to do with the flight changes they needed you to phone and confirm that you wish to stay on the new time flight or swap to another flight.
