Virgin and DME

I saw that someone had managed to book a seat with Disney's magic express despite the fact that they where travelling with Virgin Holidays. I am having a car with Virgin but will be picking it up the next day so can you tell me how you managed to get a dme booking please? I used DME last year and loved it so will want to do it again this year.

We always book direct through waltdisney world but you can do it at this address as well either by phone or via a form.As long as you are staying in a disney hotel you can use this service free of charge.Hope this helps.

Hi, I have booked with Virgin and managed to book ME with Disney. I just called Virgin and asked them for the reservation number they had for my Disney hotel. I then called ME and quoted the number Virgin had given me. the first time I called the CM said I could not book it but I just hung up and tried again. The CM I got the second time was really helpful.
