We've always done the non-exclusive one. We did it three times before we moved to Orlando, and we LOVED it every time! The first time, our guide gave us a ton of trivia, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The last two times, the other guests seemed bored by the trivia, so the guides focused more on just whizzing us through the park and the lines. It's fun in terms of getting to go to the head of the line for everything (and the front seats of the coasters), but I really like hearing the trivia and the backstories too. The way they ran it for us was doing all of the major attractions once, then going back and re-doing the ones that we all liked the best. We've done it at both IOA and USF.
Oddly enough, one of the times at IOA there were several people in our group who hated thrill rides. They would just wait while the rest of us went on them. Why on earth would you do the tour at IOA if you won't ride coasters and things like Spidey?
