Sorry to post something so negative but I just have to tell. We made a reservation on the internet and had a definite reservation, confirmation, name of contact. NO question, we were going to be picked up with the instructions for meet and greet. We got to the airport (Sanford) and there was no-one with a sign with our name or the VIP name. We looked outside thinking we were supposed to meet out there. NO-one! We waited for about 15-20 minutes and then I called. Not knowing at the time but I had the exact person on the line who had confirmed the reservation. He told me he had no cars, had no person at that airport to pick up at that time, no person with our name and no reservation with that number. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. He said all his cars "were at convention" and there was nothing he could do. I told him that I had the reservation right in front of me and he denied all. "I have no cars, they are all at convention". After some choice tactful comments I hung up and we found a cab to take us to our destination. Upon return to work, one of my co-workers told me she had a similar experience with them. They were also waiting for a VIP driver and after they were left waiting, made a phone call. While 1 person was calling they were approached by a guy who was looking for a party to take to their destination. They asked what the name was and he confirmed after some hesitation that this was the party he was to pick up. BTW, they had seen him walking around the airport for quite some time, and he never approached them til now????They asked if he was from VIP and he said "no, they were overbooked, and they called him to make the transfer. NICE!!!!!! This company, obviously stood us up for a bigger sale also! Does anyone know with whom and where to file a complaint? This obviously needs to be addressed with the proper authorities. Tx!

The name of the company is VIP? I never heard of them. contact the BBB in fl about them. Maybe try the Dept of Transportation as well. don;t know if they can do anyting but its worth a shot, if they have a limo license then maybe they can investigate and if necessary revoke it.Heck go all the way and contact the attorny general in fl as well. (Or whatever it is )

Thanks kid!
That's a great start. I'm still in disbelief that this happened. What would posess a company to pull a stunt like that????
