VIP guide question

has anyone done this before and if so how much did you tip? Feel free to send me a private message if you don’t feel comfortable saying that publicly. I have searched everywhere and can’t find an answer!!! There are no guidelines from Disney and I do not want to offend our guide next week. Thanks so Much! First time doing this!!
