VIP experiences available?

Hi
I have seen some cast members (dressed up with vest) helping families to go in front of top rides.. is it part of a VIP tour? Do you know the conditions?

Also some people have posted special photos at Magic Kingdom, like alone in the castle, very professional takes.. is this also a VIP experience available for groups/events?

Vests used to be tours so I assume they still are other VIPs (executives who need escorted or other VIP guests) as it looks like they are not doing the paid VIP tours.

Disney is now doing paid VIP tours for families. The cost starts at $450 to $650 per hour with a 7-hour minimum requirement. You can book the tour for up to 10 guests.

As for photos, people might be going through Disney Fine Art Photography. However, they have a notice up on their website that they are not scheduling sessions at this time due to Covid.
