"VIP" cruise?

has anyone done the VIP cruise that leaves from the Floridian?
I was thinking about it for my family (18 of us) this Aug, talks about
giving a "gratuity" to the captian, what would a good amount be for an hour cruise??

We have tipped the captain 20% on our fireworks cruises - just because that's the number that felt "right" to me. I don't know if there really a right answer.
