Vinylmation - Animation 2 -- Jose

Anyone have Jose from the animation 2 series? Does it have a small chip on the brim of the hat to the right side as it's facing you? I got one on ebay and the seller shipped it without any packing. When I got it out of the envelope, there's a small chip in the hat. They're trying to tell me it's supposed to be there but I don't think so. Can anyone tell me?

That chip is from the break in the mold, they all have it to some extreme. Mine does as well.
