Hi Everyone,
I have read on Allears.net that you can sample wine in the French pavillion for the cost of a souvenir glass. Does anyone have any information about this?
How much is the glass?
How many samples do you receive?
Any other information of interest....

I've been in a few times and the open bottles vary as I recall....plus they do kir royales (creme de cassis w/champagne) to taste (dry to sweet--your choice). I've only had the kir royales and I they were priced around $6-7. Oh, did I mention they are absolutely stellar?

Where exactly is this, anyone else have any details, would LOVE to give this a try in June. Epcot plus wine = HAPPY GIRL!!!!

We have done wine flights in France, but did not buy a souvenir glass. That said I think you can buy a flight in both the bakery and the wine shop, though the wine shop they go into more detail about the wines and you have a few more choices. IIRC it is a rose, a white and a red for around $7 or $8. And the bakery also sells a nice cheese plate to go with, if you're interested. FYI: Italy also has wine flights, and Germany did for a while, though I think they may just be serving by the glass right now. FWIW.

There were a few flights to choose from. I don't remember which one I chose, but it was $8. And since they say a picture is worth a thousand words...

On our last trip we did the wine tastings in France and Italy. DH preferred Italy, while I preferred France. It was a neat thing to try out and I'd definitely recommend it.
