Villians Unleashed Outfits

Hi all!
I'm so excited that we are able to go to the Villians Unleashed night this August!
We are lucky to make it to WDW every August so I'm well aware of the heat and rain. That being said, I'm not going to do "real" villian costumes for the family. Its just too hot for that! I was thinking of adapting more of a Disneybound look. Problem is I'm coming up blank on what to do for my 2 boys (6 and 3). I was thinking Captain Hook and Mr. Smee, but again how can I have him be Capt. Hook without the true costume?!
My husband, daughter (9) and myself should be no problem but any crafty people have ideas for my guys?

We will be there too and have two boys (9 & 11) we will be getting them some T-Shirt costumes. There are lots of places that sell Villain's T-Shirt Costumes. Just google T-shirt Costumes.
