I have two seats at the early seating of the Sinister Soiree on Thursday Oct 2 that I will be cancelling some time today. Pm if you'd like to coordinate.
Don't feel bad I am doing the same thing for Halloween.
We are taking our 3 and 6 year old in a few weeks, so I'll let you know! Opted for the earlier seating, as I know they'd never make it till the later one! We will miss out on some party time, but since we are doing 2, I figured that would be ok.For those of you with little kids, how have they done with the Soiree times? We're going to MVMCP in December and would probably do the rumored add-on party with our 3-year-old nephew, but I wanted to hear how other younger kids did.

We had our 2 and 7 year old at the 10:15pm party. They did great! We even did a Dance party and trick or treating after. Of course we made them take a 3 hour nap in the afternoon since we knew it would be a late night.
Oh, how I wish I could MAKE my kids take a nap!! The only one who seems to manage regular Disney naps is DH!! LOL!!![]()
Thank you - this is good to know, as we planned to show up last minute!Just a heads up to anyone using the Soiree parade viewing area. A friend of mine was there this past Tuesday and said they entered the area just before the parade and there were no spots left on the ropes. It appears that area is getting busier as the season goes on. So plan to get there early if you want a rope spot.
Thank you - this is good to know, as we planned to show up last minute!Though the number of people in this area shouldn't change, right, so wonder what is causing this?
Makes sense! We went this past friday. LOVED it. Hope they do it again next year. Most tables for 4 only had two people at them (ours included). This made the whole thing feel open and not very crowded at all. We did the late seating and didn't get out of there till nearly 1am. I think is is the number of parties. We went to just MNSSHP the friday before (a 1 soiree night) and there were rope spots open during the parade. The next friday we did the Soiree and there were no rope spots 30 minutes before. It was a 2 soiree night though, so double the VIP people.
Jam packed last night at party and yes front rope spots were gone right off the bat. We did get front but if you left you lost the spot real fast. I couldn't complain as no one was crawlin up my back. Party itself was great the characters are awesome.
what time did you arrive?
