Villian Character Breakfast ?

Does Disneyworld offer a villian character breakfast? I say no but my sister in law says they doe. Any info?
 
I know there used to be a Villian Dinner at the GF, but that was discontinued a few years ago. Unless it's just been added recently, there is not a Villian Breakfast offered. Sorry!
