Villas vs. Hotel side

Why do you suppose Disney doesn't list Grand Floridian and Riviera DVC offerings separately, where all the other hotel & DVC offerings are listed twice? Any theories?

For example, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Jambo and Kidani are all listed; Beach Club resort and villas are both listed. But GFV and RIV are each listed only once. (I am obsessing, I realize.)

Riviera doesn't have an Inn / Villas side. It will eventually be all DVC. VGF is odd, it used to be listed separately. I suspect it is an unintended bug.

ETA: Regarding RIV, I meant it will eventually have rooms declared into "point" side.

RIV doesn't have a hotel side at all.

The separated ones are different products. Sometimes this is a different building, like BC, but sometimes this is how the stock is taken care of. For example, the AKL refurb schedule is completely different for cash by years.

The RIV product is all one product.
