Villas sold out for July 2019?

I thought I'd take a look today to see if 2019 dates are open yet, and they are. However, all villas except AK Jambo have no availability. Are rooms at these resorts released later, or are they actually all gone 13 months in advance?

They are normally released at the 7 month mark.

They release them at 11 months out for cash.

That would only be the few that members have traded out or the ones still owned by DVC. Most are unavailable until at least 60 days out.

I've only booked through Disney for cash and have never had a problem getting a room. Looking at 11 months out right now there are multiple rooms available at: Bay Lake Tower, Key West, Polynesian Villas and Bungalows, Boardwalk, Animal Kingdom Kidani, Beach Club Villas, even the Villas at Grand Floridian have rooms available and I know that's one of the hardest to book.
