Hi - here's a few useful sites for the two best resort communities in the disney area:

Windsor Hills Resort

Reunion Resort

I'd get some quotes from these sites then do some serious research into the various owner rentals you can search google. Many of the owners have several years of experience renting and will be willing to engage back and firth to put your mind at ease plus you'll be able to find reviews on here and on various other sites like trrip advisor.
