Villa's Kissimmee - HELP

Hi Guys,

I've moved on from booking my holiday to helping a friend, but where as I stay in a hotel they need a 3 bed villa with a pool and air con in Kissimmee, can anyone help with good companys to go though and which are the best areas to stay in?

Are they planning to do DIY, ie book a fly-drive and then a villa or do this all in one package. I would recommend DIY - that way they will know exactly which villa they are getting.

There are a few different areas in Kissimmee to choose from - the Formosa Gardens area, Ponciana Boulevard (sorry probably spelt incorrectly) and then east 192 (around Medievil Times).

You will also find a good few owners on these boards (their DIS name can sometimes give them away )

As Tracey says there are 2 main areas in Kissimmee, Formosa Gardens and Poinciana Boulevard.
Both are well located, although personally have a slight preference for FG.

Here you will find nice developments such as Windsor Palms, Indian Creek and Emerald Island.
There are plenty of 3 bedroomed homes available and they should all have air/con and a private pool.
Location is perfect as a Publix supermarket is closeby, restaurants too and good easy access to Disney and the I4.

Finding your chosen villa can take time, there are 100s to choose from.

Hi

We have stayed in a 3 bed TH at Windsor Hills (great location for WDW). Althought the TH only have a splash pool there is a large community pool. We rented off VRBO.

Yes they are doing it DIY and will fly to Tampa to save money.
