Villas in Kissimmee

Any info on villas in kissimmee - i am travelling with Travel City Direct and all I know so
far is that villa will be in one of 8 areas - eg Indian Creek, Tuscan Ridge, Highland Reserve, Calabray Parc, Orange Tree, Grand Reserve, Sanctuary at Westhaven and 1 more I've forgotten - if anyone has any info on any of these areas, proximity to parks, facilities etc - all info appreciated - good or bad

We went with tcd and was in one on thousand island,its not on your list though.The area was very nice and the management company were fab(due to a safe that wouldn't open one morning)we tested them out and they were with us in less than 5 mins.

From our villa it was about 10-15 mins to disney,though it was quite busy with roadworks.We couldn't fault the villa,very clean.

Hi again - just popped over from your Driving in Orlando thread. We stayed at Indian Creek two years ago and liked it's location so much we're going back there again in July. From Indian Creek to Disney property is very very quick if you use the Sherbeth Road short cut*. You can get to AK in under 10 minutes with the other parks only slightly further away.

*From Indian Creek head back to the 192 - turn right at Splendid China onto 192 and left at the next t.lights (Sherbeth Road). Follow Sherbeth Road to end (t lights) and Hey presto you're there - AKL to left/other parks turn right.

All TCD will say is 1 of 8 areas - so probably won't know
until we arrive in Orlando

Just off the 192 is ideal.

We have just come back and stayed at Indian Creek and the location is perfect.

On our August trip we are staying at Cumbrian Lakes which is off Poinciana Boulevard at the other end of the 192, we try and stay at different locations just to try and keep the holiday fresh but IC is ideal.

Windsor Palms is next door.

Personally would not stay on the US27 - where Calabay Parc is.
