Angela, there are three firms who come to mind as virtually guaranteed to provide good service for holiday homes in the Kissimmee area, and all have good web-sites, too, so you can check them out in advance.

Premier Holiday Homes are one of the best in Florida and can be found on the DIS, with a discount rate and many happy customer recommendations. Check out the Discount Hotels link for more details.

Alexander Holiday Homes are also a company I know well and will personally vouch for. You can look them up on the excellent www.floridasunshine.com

Also, Florida Leisure have an equally good reputation in this area and a good site for lots of info on www.floridaleisure.com
