Villas close to disney

Hi all

Ive now got a ticker

For the last 10 years we have always stayed in villas on highway 27 and have stayed on most of the estates in that area (Westridge, Calabay Parc, Tuscan Hills & Ridge, Highlands Reserve etc, etc), but this year would maybe like to try somewere different and a little closer to Disney.

I am unfamiliar with the villa estates near to Disney so wondered if anyone could please help and recommend one We ideally would like a quiet gated community, with a modern villa

We have stayed in villas on Formosa Gardens, Emerald Island and Winsdor Hills. All are gated, EI and WH are manned. They were all nice and quiet
We love this area of the 192, more new restaurants and supermarkets opening all the time , close to Disney and easy to get on the I4

As you can see from my signature, we stay at Emerald Island. Nice, quiet, well-cared for community in a great location.

We've booked to go back next year.

If you find the villas a bit pricy in those very good suggestions, we have stayed twice in Rolling Hills which is a little older and not gated but exactly the same location (well, 300yds) and a fraction of the price.

It's not Formosa Gardens but very nice never the less and very convenient for Disney Parks

We have also stayed in Emerald Island and thought it was in an excellent location for the parks. If you have stayed on the H27 you will have past Taco Bell (on your left on the way back to your villa). Emerald Island is about 5 minutes down this road.
We also enjoyed staying at Cumbrian Lakes, off Ponciana Blvd. This is equally well located for the Disney parks, but because it is a little further down the 192 it is also good for Universal.
