We just stayed there for 3 nights and were not affected at all by the construction. You can barely notice it if you are on the other side of the villa building. We were at parks during the day as well. The pool was not overcrowded for the main resort and we would stay there again with the construction or without. This was the best deal for us renting DVC points and being close to MK.

I wonder if construction funding is provided through sales proceeds? Slow to sell PVB, slow to build VWL.

Based on the current rate of sales, PVB will sell out in 18 months.

The sales numbers quoted are based on impeccable analysis by @wdrl of deeds recorded by the Orange County Recorders Office ... not sure which category they fall under .
