Villas at Grand Cypress - Anyone Been?

Hi! I am taking a trip in December with my DH, 2 DS (9 & 11), my mom-in-law and her DH - we are planning on staying in a 2 bedroom villa at the Villas of Grand Cypress, part of the Hyatt facility. Anyone stay there before? Would love to get your feedback. Thanks so much!

The wife and I are going to stay there the first weekend in December for 3 nites in a 1 bdrm unit. Everyone on this site has had nothing but good things to say about Cypresss Point. It sounds great to me.

Hi,

My family stayed in a 2 bedroom condo at the Grand Villas back in May. We really enjoyed it. I had booked it through Hotel Kingdom and was really concerned because the price seemed too good. My fears were totally unfounded. They had just put in new carpet before we arrived and the rooms were very clean. The layout was wonderful. The rooms were very large and of course the kids thought the 52 inch t.v. was great (not that they had time to watch it). There were two pools right by the building with a little convenience store.

My only complaints were that the balcony was a little small, and the hallways between condos are a bit dull, just painted concrete. Otherwise for the price it was ideal.

We are going again next May and we will probably book again.
