Villains Unleashed and FP+

Getting ready to order our FP's for August trip. We are going to the Villains Unleashed party on 8/23. Can you get Fastpasses during a hard ticketed event?
I'm thinking without them, the wait for F! will be horrendous!

I'm not positive but I think fastpasses are not available during events. I'm not sure on fantasmic but I wouldn't worry about fastpasses during the event. Most rides should be walk ons as everybody will be in line to meet the villains. I booked fastpasses for like 4-7p so we could utilize them before the event officially starts.

There were no fast pass +'s available during MNSSHP/MVMCP on the band, there was no way to book them. We did manage to GET fast passes, but it was with the old machines, a hard ticket, and before 7pm.

As for Fantasmic, the fp+ for it is useless anyways, I wouldn't want to waste a fp+ on fantasmic if there were other options.

No hard ticket has ever had them before, but as others said, no hard ticket has ever really needed them. I doubt the villains event will have FP+ running.
