Villains after hours affect MK crowds for that evening b4 close?

Wow. $139 and they can't even tell you which rides will be open? That's odd.

Annoying, yes. Odd, no. At Thanksgiving (and I assume other holidays too), when you make ADRs at 180 days, they don’t even know all the restaurants that will have special menus and for the ones they do, they don’t even know the menus! We booked WC for Turkey Day not even knowing what they’d be serving and it turns out, for $40 bucks a head, they ONLY had cold pumpkin pie for dessert, so everyone in my family (besides me) had nothing.

Don’t even get me started on my Maleficient rant—when they pulled her from the Halloween party we already booked and added her to that first-ever Villain party—for extra $$$! I’m still chapped about that too, since she’s our fave villain and hasn’t appeared for free ever since. Hey, I told you not to get me started!!

I just watched The DIS video review of the VAH event and I thought it looked fun! We have tickets for the 8/1 event and we are super excited, BUT why, why, why are there NO character meets? I saw Cruella and many of the other villains saying goodnight at train station balcony at the front of the park in The DIS video, why not give guests at least 1 or 2 character meets???? I would take a character greet over ride overlays or stage show any day!!!!

Because at that point it would be encroaching too much on the Halloween party. I’m honestly glad they drew the line at this. There needs to be differentiation between these offerings. AH is supposed to be about low crowds and waits. But I never understood people standing in 3 hour lines for characters at hard ticket events anyway. Even as a giant Moana fan.
