Been looking about for a friend to pick up a villa for her over the last week and also redid a search for ourselves just in case ours falls through due to something unforeseen

There are some v low prices round at the moment. 6 bed on Crescent lakes £1600 incl of tax and pool heat, brand new 6 bed Aviana home for £2k, 7 bed on Hampton Lakes £2k incl taxes and pool heat.

Obvious they are having to heavily discount properties at the moment. just hope they can hold on to these if they are having financial difficulties. Not nice to lose your dream place in Orlando
:grouphug: for them all.

Hi I also picked up a great buy for this year, £250/week over Xmas. I have checked out as much as I can, reviews/ tax sites for that area to ensure taxes paid for the villa are up to date. How long the villas has been owned by the owners (in my case 10 yrs). I am still a little nervous but figure that as form their wed site/ and another booking site it has beenrented for the whole year 9bar a few weeks) then maybe they will still get the income they need at this reduced cost. Also as they have owned it for quite a long time their morgage will be quite small compared to the ones that have been bought more recently. However, I am probably nowhere near as nervous as all the owner are at the moment. I feal for them.
