How is this company to deal with? I was browsing their site and they certainly have some very nice homes available. Any past customers out there? Thanks in advance!

I stayed in a Villa Direct Condo once. The people are very nice and the unit was super clean. But I think it's cheaper if you book through an owner rather than a company.

We are staying at one of the homes on their site for our upcoming trip, however we are going through the owner of the home, through VRBO.com instead of Villa Direct. We are staying in the Dutch Royal Treat. If you want the owners name you can send me a private message, it is listed cheaper on VRBO. I think some owners advertise in multiple ways and on different websites in order to fill their vacancies.

This owner has been nice to work with. We are looking forward to our upcoming trip and will let you know how it goes.

The house looks really nice! Thanks for the offer to send me the owner's name but I think we want 5 bedrooms to accommodate our crew! I would love to hear how your upcoming trip goes though in terms of your satisfaction with Villa Direct.

We used Villa Direct twice before we discovered how much less expensive it is to rent directly from an owner. Both experiences with Villa Direct were fine and we had no complaints, but we only use vrbo.com now.

I usually use homeaway.com..and find great homes or condos for a great price..I found a 3 bd home for $600 9 nites this December 21-30,,awesome deal..nice home..and seem like nice owners..I have always had luck ..and you can use a price range..to see what is available..And some owners will work with you on the price...Like I did with this one..Cant beat it..

You could indirectly say that we do since they are our management co. We like them very much, and have no desire to do rentals ourselves as owners.

That said we actually stay in our house a few months during the year, so we see the house first hand which many owners never do. We changed from the mgt co we had when we bought the house, because I felt they did a poor cleaning and maintenance job.

I'm completely satisfied even as how to they respond, even in an emergency, e.g. the time my dh tried to fix the running toilet himself

We have rented from VillaDirect at least half a dozen times. Never had a problem.
