Hi all ,I'm so indecisive I can't choose which villa to go for so need your help please -here's my options 1-southern dunes villa 2-southern lakes villa 3- encantada townhouse 4-lake berkley villa (this 1 looks quite old tbh) all roughly the same price -il be visiting disney etc 5 out of 14 the rest will be slightly further afield tampa, canaveral etc thanks all :-))

We stayed at lake Berkeley on our last trip, it was nice, close to a big Walmart and easy to get to places. This time we are in the next estate of Indian creek. We go to Disney pretty much every day and the distance or drive was never a problem.

Without seeing the details/layout of each of the villas I wouldn't be able to make any sort of suggestion myself.
For us price is such a small part of the issue as you can have 4 similarly priced villas that each have vastly different facilities and locations.
Position on the villa completely itself would influence us as you could be affected by road noise - especially if you are on H27. Are the pools south facing? Do you get any free Wi-fi or international calls? Are the pool and outside areas overlooked by other villas, or do you back into a woodland or conservation area?
These are all the questions we ask when looking for a villa.
