WE are looking at travelling Feb 2010,
Does nybody know any good villa websites???
We need Min 4 bedroom, 2 double 2 single, Private Pool, Games Room if Possible!!!!!
Not to far from Disney,

What is a good area/estate to go for, there are so many to choose from!!!
We do not want to be to far from Disney driving,
We had been looking at Davenport Lakes, as a friend of ours has been there,
Help always appreciated,

What would also be a good price if we went for 2 weeks?
Some seem to be about £500 a week, where some go for alot more even though they seem to have the same ammenities,

I know Windsor Hills has gorgeous villas and is only miles from Disney's main gate!

Hi

We like Kissimmee, because it's very well located. You have 3 Publix supermarkets in the area, many restaurants, the I4 is closeby and also WDW is less than 15 minutes away.

You have 2 main areas - Formosa Gardens and Poinciana Boulevard. There are many villa developments at either, you have Rolling Hills, Windsor Palms, Windsor Hills, Fomosa Gardens, Indian Creek, Emerald Island and more all at FG.

Terre Verde, Cumbrian Lakes, Liberty Village, Eagle Pointe and Indian Point are a few down PB (some are further from the 192 junction than others).

If you find a home at ANY of the above you will be well located.

Some of the above are also community resorts with a clubhouse and gated security, WP/WH/EI and TV for instance.

Don't know much about Davenport Lakes, though 'Davenport' itself is a small city within Orlando, whilst a lot of developments here are for me too far south of the attractions DP doesn't look too badly located.

There are 1000s of villas to choose from and I guess we all have our own personal preferences, games room/internet access/south facing pool etc

The price is not only dependant on the amenities offered but also on location to some degree, what facilities the communtiy offers, how old the villa is. All we do is try to compare like for like as much as we can, then if we feel comfortable paying the asking price then we do.
As for location have a look on some of the maps available that show the villas location in relation to Disney. I think the Dibb have a good one.

Davenport Lakes is well placed -as are the other communities close to the 192/27 junction .You are near to a Publix,Wal Mart and several restaurants amongst them Chilis Applebees Cracker Barrel as well as great chines and Indian take aways and of course you are only a short drive from the 192.It is approx 8 miles to the Disney Parks area from here and 21 to Universal and you will have the choice of a couple of routes to get to the attractions and of course you are about 5 miles from the I4 and the coasts ,Busch Gardens and the new Posner Park Retail centre.

The owner is lovely and the pricing is fab because he charges dependent on how many rooms you actually use !! The villa is gorgeus and in sunset lakes which is really close to disney !! Also a supermrket really close !!
There will be planty more but I think the price structure that this owner uses is fantastic x
