1453 is a one bedroom Island Gardens view. You can see a sliver of the sea but most of the view is the golf course across the street and the surrounding neighbourhood. The parking garage for valet parking and staff is right below. There is also a green area where we saw wedding pictures taken. The room had all the standard one bedroom stuff. We had one small adult sleep on the single pull out bed. A large man and tall woman slept on the hideabed. There were no complaints. The balcony is large and we used it every night. The room is in a quiet location not too far from the elevator. The view from the seating area by the elevators is great!
