I've never eaten there before and planning to go on my December trip, but I was wondering if there are any "window" views there and what you look at?
Thanks in advance for your replys!

The views look toward the water, and the dock, and toward some of the rooms. (You may catch sight of some towels hanging to dry over the railings...)

You also look over part of the "creek" that flows from the lobby and into the pool.

They're pleasant views, but not stellar (like, say, from the California Grill at the Contemporary, or Narcoosee's at the GF.) But they are also blocked a bit by big looming evergreens, to give it a woodsy feel :D

Thanks...that's what I thought, but wasn't sure....guess there is no way to see "Wishes" while we dine at 8:30pm....not even sure there will be "Wishes" that night anyways!

thanks again.....have you eaten there??? like it?

I like it very much! :bounce: Their signature dish is the salmon, and I like it a LOT.

They also have exotic things like buffalo, and a delicious cobbler for desert. Be adventurous and enjoy! Here's a recent menu:

This is our family's fav. restaurant at WDW, but I would only go for the food. Some seats have beautiful views, but unfortunately there is some seats with not so great views. :( If you're there after dark, you pretty much won't see anything at all. However the food is an experience in itself. :)

We love Artist Point and find the atmosphere "comfortably elegant" if that makes sense?

We've had a window seat in the past, and if I remember correctly, the restaurant is situated above ground level, so you could be looking out over the pool area. It's not a spectacular view, but it is very nice inside and the tables are spread apart farther than those at the California Grill.

The food is excellent...we had the chef's selection menu last trip and enjoyed it very much...it was alot of food for a reasonable price. I have to recommend the Smoked Portabello Mushroom soup...it is to die for! I usually get the beef tenderloin because I like beef in restaurants better than at home, and the berry cobbler is excellent too!

We've never had a bad meal there! Enjoy!!
