Viewing waitlist online?

Can I view my wait list online through the DVC members site? I thought I read someone recently saying they saw their wait list change to a confirmed booking online.

Waitlists are not posted on the Member site. However, if you click on "My Vacation Points" then "View Vacation Details," you will be able to see if your requested reservation is now there. Also you can check how many points are in your various use years to determine if the numbers have changed to reflect a waitlist request having been filled.

Wouldn't that be nice.

We were wait listed for a room at AKV. I called back a month later and the CM said that we were still on the list. Saturday I called to make a reservation for a different trip and checked on the AKV wait list. The CM responds with, "you are not on a wait list for AKV". My blood pressure starts to boil. The CM asks, what are you looking for? I give the dates and requirements. "No problem, would you like to change your reservation"?

WHAT!

I am very happy that it all worked out, but the system sucks.
