viewing reservations on disney site question

I have never been able to view my reservation on the disney web page - after I enter my reservation number it ALWAYS says the page is unavailable!!

Am I doing something wrong...can others do this...

I have 2 reservations right now and need to cancel one..is there some way to do this online - I cannot stay on the phone waiting to do it while at work

disneyworld.com is having some trouble right now. I am not sure what it is, upgrading I think. Many people have rec'd the error msg. I think the only way to deal with them is to call them. Sorry. Hopefully someone else has more information.

When I called in this morning to place my deposit on my reservation, I asked about the website problems, and the girl just said "they're updating." Sheesh, you'd think they'd have it fixed by now, I mean, it's DISNEY! Everytime I see that error page I sort of freak out thinking there's something wrong with my reservation.

I've gotten an error page for a week now.

I've gotten it for about a month now and still no change. Kind of annoying.
