You can see the high fireworks from either show from various places on property but it would not be enough of the show to consider it viewing the show- to much of those shows are not the fireworks. You would just see a few random fireworks and there is nowhere that offers music/storyline to go along with them becuase Disney does not feel they are visable elsewhere- if they could make money on it they would.
You can watch the Epcot fireworks without a ticket to Epcot by booking an Illuminations cruise that takes you under the bridge between England and France for the fireworks but does not require park admission. It is however about $300 to book.
