View Wishes from hotels?

Having dinner at 7:30pm at Kona. Can you see the Wishes show at MK from the Poly or from Grand Floridian? Thought that might be a nice idea rather than heading back over to NK.

The view & atmosphere at the Poly beach are spectacular! Might want to research finding a spot w/ working audio.

We have watched it from the Poly beach and had a great time. There were only 2 other couples so it was nice and peaceful.

This is one of my favorite things to do. Grab a hammock or lawn chair, relax and watch the fireworks and the Electric Water Pageant if you are lucky. Ask in the lobby if the sound is working or if some of the speakers are on. It can be a problem, but still nice to watch!!!

I will never watch Wishes at MK ever again! The view from the beach at the Poly is perfect and peaceful, and DD2 can run around and play. No crowds to fight, no one pushing and shoving to get a better view. Just Disney magic!

Yes, very lovely from the Poly. There is plenty of beach front (not many chairs - maybe bring a towel). Now DH and I did manage to snag a hammock one night. But .... it was brrrrrrr - soooo cold! I can't wait until my next trip when hopefully it will be warmer and I won't be shivering!

PS: KONA IS OUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT! YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!

It is REALLY nice from the poly. I've also seen it from the GF (weird angles) but you can see it really well from Narcoose's make a dinner ADR. I've also seen it from the Contemp. balcony (Castle view) I have also seen it from the Yacht Club's conceirge level balcony...No sound but pretty awesome!

I just watched wishes from the Poly a few days ago. You can hear the music at the marina where the boat drop off is. Make sure you sit on the right side facing the MK, that's where you here the music, if you sit on the other side you can't hear it.
