I have a trip in January and have dinner at Ohana at 9:50. I would love to see the electrical water pageant on this trip but find it hard to do after a long day at the parks. Is there any way to see the lagoon from Ohana since we'll still be eating there at 10:35?

There are a handful of tables w a view, that’s it.

You can ask really really nicely to have a table w a view. If not, then you won’t see anything

I would try to get an earlier Ohana reservation, then walk down to the dock where the boat comes to take you to the MK and watch from there.

We were able to get a window table by showing up about 30 - 45 minutes prior to our reservation time and requesting a table by the window. That way it allows the cast members know that you are waiting for one and willing to wait for one so that they can save it for you.

The problem you might run into is that if the park isn't open that late, you might not see the parade at 10:35 p.m. So, you might be left with having to see the parade prior to your diner reservation.

Right now, Magic Kingdom closed at 8 PM every day in January. Are you sure EWP is going to be running as late as 10:35? Or even 9:50?

The EWP is separate from the MK. The EWP runs late every evening no matter what time the MK closes.

• Disney’s Wilderness Lodge – beginning at 9:30 PM
• Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground – beginning at 9:45 PM
• Disney’s Contemporary Resort – beginning at 10:10 PM; in instances when the Happily Ever After fireworks show takes place at 10:00 PM, the Electrical Water Pageant will begin shortly after its conclusion.

Oh, I know. But the OP indicated 10:35, which seemed extremely late. Your timeline supports this, so it's especially important for them to be aware that, with a 9:00 PM run, they won't be able to see the EWP either during or after their 9:50 reservation. Did that make sense?
