video?

Does anyone know how we can get a planning video, for Universal. Like Disney does, with letting you know the currents rides, etc. One thing I'm disappointed with, is Universal web site, isn't as friendly-user. I couldn't find a search engine on there,to even find certain information I was looking for(ie:when rides will be closed, so know when to go).

They sell videos at the parks!!!! Kind of weird, but people did buy them.

I believe what the original poster was looking for was the vacation planning video - you used to be able to call & get one sent to you for free & it was a promo video with all the highlights of the parks.
They stopped sending them tho..................& I lent mine to someone never to be seen again

try a travel agent, Liberty Travel gave us one before our trip in August and my kids kept playing it over and over again.

if you can't get your hands on it, I can try and copy it for you and send it. When are you going to IOA? Having the video for my children to watch over an dover definitely added to the excitement of going.

We are aiming for the first few weeks of December. Not sure exactly which week. It will have to before the 19, since that's when the Military Salute offer ends.
Do travel agents charge though?

I was given the video by the travel agent for free. It doesn't hurt to go and ask for one.
