I really am having a hard time deciding whether to go with video or not. What did ya'll do. Also, just in case I couldn't find someone else, how much is disneys videography services?

Oh and does anyone know an approximate amount of how much it is to have a bigger photo package with disney.

Thanks for any info.

We are looking forward to having a video of our ceremony and reception. It will go by so quickly and it is definitely going to be a great memory to have and watch for years to come. Wouldn't skip out on it for anything!

We're not doing video. We'd have to use Disney and I didn't want a premade video. I'd just like the footage of my wedding. Well Disney won't do that, so I've decided to just buy a nice video camera and tripod and have a friend watch it for us. Then we get a nice video camrea as well as our footage that I can edit iMovie at home.

If your events aren't inside the parks, you can hire any videographer you want, so you could find one who would just give you the raw footage if you wanted.

Disney's video packages are $3,300 and $5,200. There is also a $900 ceremony-only raw footage package for the Wedding Pavilion only. They take the footage from the 3 mounted cameras in the Pavilion and burn it directly to a DVD for you with no editing, and there are no manned cameras for closeups.

We hired StarFruit Productions kinda at the last minute to do our video. I didn't really want a video but was afraid I'd regret not getting one. They customized a package that included an edited video plus the raw footage, so we can re-edit it ourselves if we want. Plus it's just nice to have all the raw footage so you can see as much of the day as possible.

Wow I shouldn't be suprised by how much they charge yet I am. Thanks for all the info, you are oh so knowledgeable!
