I did the same thing at Disney this year. Well mine was a little more complicated, I turned mine in the middle of a video, which meant I had half a video was right and the other half was sideways. Anyway, it is very simple to fix if you have the right software, I think mine came with Vista. I took the file into Windows movie maker. Applied the rotate 90% effect, which fixed where it was recorded sideways, up until I turned the camera back the right way, and then that part was still sideways. So to fix that I then put the movie into timeline view and got the movie right were I turned it and hit the split button and then got it to the point that it was completly turned and hit the split button again and just deleted the section where I was turning the camera. And viola it was fixed, a lot easier than I thought it was going to be.
