Video chat reset question

I got kicked off the queue last night, I think bc my phone must log me out of Disney every once in a while and I tried to log back in, but it was past 10pm EST. Not sure.

Anyway, I tried to go back in this morning and it took me to the queue screen, but it is the same as last night. The last entry shows that a cast member ended the conversation around 11pm EST.

So how do I reset it so that I am back in line again? Anyone have this issue?

Then it should pop up that you're in the queue again.
