Has anyone's order actually shipped? I placed mine on 12/09 and nothing

Mine is supposed to be here tomorrow. It shipped yesterday and I ordered it on 12/9.

I placed my order 12/9 also and it has not shipped yet. I placed another order 12/10 and that one has not shipped either, of course. The latter is a gift so it better be here as promised by 12/22!!!

I paid extra for 2nd day shipping, though, because I was nervous about it getting here in time.

My order also says "In Process" but my CC was charged (for the correct amount) on Monday. I wonder if they don't update the order status on the website daily? Isn't your CC normally charged when the order is ready to ship?

I placed 2 orders on 12/10. The first one (in the a.m.) has been charged to my cc but still shows processed. The 2nd one done later in the day hasn't hit my card yet. Hopefully the first one will ship today based on other info here.

I had difficulty placing my order online. So I called the 1-800 number.
I was kind of embarrassed about how much free stuff I was hoping to capture, but the representative was just great. She was writing down the codes to pass on to other customers when they forget their codes.

FA63745 - Free Garden Gift Set - she said this code was valid only if you buy $35 of Garden products

MR33X - They are out of the Free Sexy Parfum. It was available first come, first served.

Free Cami - she wasn't aware of that code either, was going to put me on hold to check on it... but I had to get back to work!

I have been checking my order that I placed on the 10 all the time. It just says in process. I know it takes forever for VS stuff to get to my house here in Oregon through the mail so I am starting to get nervous about it being here on time. It said it would be here the 22 but I am now wondering. Hoping it doesn't get cancelled.

Thanks for the codes! This is my 2nd post in reply to your generous act of providing those codes! I'm new to this and posted in the wrong thread

Anyway.... I had difficulty getting my order through on line last night. This morning I called the toll free number and spoke to a representative. She didn't seemed surprised at the amount of free stuff I was hoping to collect!
Infact, she was writing down the codes she didn't have to assist other clients.

Codes that didn't work for me:
MR333X - Free Sexy parfum - they've run out of this
FA63745 - Free garden gift set - only valid if I bought $35 in Garden products
FA63616 - Free cami - she wasn't aware of this code, was going to put me on hold to check on getting it for me. I had to get back to work and couldn't stay on the phone.

My husband ordered these on Monday but when we go to check on line, it says to enter the order # and Client #. Neither of these printed out on the computer sheets and it won't let us go any further without this info. Any help would be appreciated!
