How hard is it to book the chef's table? I read that you can book it 180 days before the date. Does it book up fast? Is there a minimum # of people required or just a maximum?
Thanks.

There is only one reservation per night for CT. Minimum, of course, is one. My personal opinion is there should be no more than five people, but they consider the capacity to be either 10 or 12.

It is a large rectangular table. Last time I was there we had four people, one at each end and two on the long side facing toward the kitchen. They figure four on each side plus either one or two at each end. My thought is there should only be one on each end, and not more than three on a side. However, having more than five means you start getting crowded and/or you have people facing away from the kitchen itself.

And to answer the other question: It tends to go very quickly. If you want it...be calling about 5 min prior to the WDW line opening and prepare to use your redial finger until the lines open.

Some people say CRT ressies are the hardest to get. They're wrong. This one is.

I think minimum number is 1 and maximum is 8 at the Chef's Table.
