Victoria and Albert's - when does menu change?

I went to V&A for the first time at the beginning of December. All the reviews I've seen from the past few months have had what appears to be the exact same menu as we had. I am scheduled to go there again at the end of February but am wondering if the menu will have changed by then. Can anyone tell me how often it generally changes, and if I can expect it to be different in late Feb than from early Dec?

In the old days it used to change frequently--sometimes daily. Now, as you correctly note, it can remain the same for quite sometime.
I wish I really knew the answer????
My guess is that by February a few things will have changed, but not everything.

Dh and I chuckle because, except for the occasional additional dessert for the Year of a Million Dreams, etc., the dessert line-up has been the same for at least 7-8 years.

Certainly the non-dessert portion of the menu changes more often, but not as often as people think. If you ate there in December, I'd expect to see pretty much the same menu in February.

We still love it, though!
