Uncleromulus - Thanks for another great review!! Your comments regarding Victoria and Albert's a few years ago originally helped us decide to give the restuarant a try. (Perhaps you should start asking Disney for a commission!) DW and I have gone twice now and we continue to talk about V&A all the time.

We were also told the Fairytale Cuvee was exlusively made for WDW. Our Albert also said that Iron Horse sparkling wines have been served at the last five or so US Presidential Inaugural Balls. The winery also makes a "Russian Cuvee" that was originally designed for the Reagan-Gorbachev Summit. I figured that if the wine is good enough for so many heads of state, then it would be good enough for me. DW and I liked the Fairytale Cuvee so much that when we got back home, we tried to special order some bottles of Iron Horse sparkling wine. (As a fellow Pennsylvania resident, you can probably guess how difficult that turned out to be!!) When we eventually found a store that sold Iron Horse, the manager recommended the book "A Cultivated Life: A Year in A California Vineyard", written by the daughter of the Iron Horse Winery founders. But, perhaps I digress....

When we last went to V&A's in August, they also only had the one wine-pairing option at $42. Thanks again for all the wonderfully detailed reviews!!

I love to read restaurant reviews, although I have to say that V&A isn't likely to be in my immediate future. (Don't have that kind of scratch!)

I guess I'll have to live vicariously through you.
