Victoria & Albert's Question

When you make a reservation at Victoria & Albert's do you pay at the time of the reservation or at dinner? I have a trip in May and I don't know if my DD will be able to get off work and join me. But she loves dining and has been to several Michelin Rated restaurants throughout the country. I hate to pay for it not knowing yet, but if I can just reserve it, I'll go ahead and make the ressie.

We have laways paid after the meal.
And it is amazing!

This is one of those that if she can't get off to join you for dinner and assuming you are still taking the trip I would keep the reservation and dine alone. It's a phenomenal experience.
